Simple, Transparent Pricing
Our pricing depends on the type of trip. Custom-built itineraries and bachelorette/bachelor trips include a 10% planning fee on the total trip cost — covering everything from research and booking to on-trip support. Sports team travel and standard vacation packages (cruises, family reunions, concert travel, honeymoons) are planned at no service fee.
The 10% fee applies only to custom-built itineraries and bachelorette/bachelor trips. All other services are free to plan.
Example: A $5,000 custom itinerary = $500 planning fee. Team travel and vacation packages? No fee.
